N’Balance – Six Week Fall Prevention Series
Runs Tuesday and Thursday beginning May 16, 2017, 11:00 am to noon
This course is a terrific way to teach you strategies to maintain balance and improve coordination, navigate around physical obstacles, proper posture and gait, finding your center of gravity, exercises to increase lower body and core strength and employ activities tailored to YOUR fitness level and abilities.
This is a free course through a grant from the Consortium for Older Adult Wellness. There will likely be a cost for any future sessions, so sign up for this free 6 week class today. There is a maximum of 10 participants and it is a course that builds on the previous session, so when you sign up, you commit to the course from day one and cannot join in halfway through the six-week time frame.
